the current proposal https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-fuse/pull/1512 is putting everything n the same bundle. I think that it won't be easy to maintain: the java 11 specific libraries with its version are hard to know and we won't detect easily the changes with new version of wsdl2rest, having a specific bundle with embedded libs will help to separate our own code from the embedded libs. Also it is forcing to duplicate several libraries by embedding them although having them at OSGi level whared with all other project will be better.
