After fixing an invalid xml, reload design editor

use case:

• try to open an invalid xml camel route
  --> the design editor shows an error explaining that user need to fix the xml
• the user goes to source tab and fix the issue, when switching back to Design editor, the same message is still displayed instead of trying to load the newly fixed camel route file
