Resizing the bottom panel with the properties/documentation - dont resize the documentation area

I resized the bottom panel. And selected the aggregate EIP and clicked the documents panel. As you can see the documentation is shown. But the size of the docu hasn't resized. So there is alot of white space in the bottom. Notice the scrollbars, which is from the initial size of the panel.
