The SAP install wizard within Fuse Tooling requires the

ide-config.properties jboss.discovery.site.integration-stack-sap.url

variable to point to the actual update site. In order to avoid exposing the SAP-specific URL in the public ide-config properties file, the SAP install wizard needs to handle layers of composite update sites for the URL which (eventually) points to the real update site. This also releives the need to update the

ide-config.properties

every time SAP is updated. For example:
