Now that parent collections are automatically mapped via FUSETOOLS-1355, there is an issue with visibility of parent collection mappings in the editor. Here are some steps you can use to reproduce using the starter example:

1) Map itemId to item.
2) Note there is only one mapping in the mappings summary.
3) Close the editor.
4) Open the editor.
5) Notice there are now two mappings.

The summary view is not refreshing after the initial mapping, so it's not picking up the auto-created parent collection mapping. We either need to refresh or not show collection mappings at all (since they will be created for the user now).
