Add Context Menu to Camel Contexts folder

Allow a user to invoke a context menu on Camel Contexts folder in a Fuse project in Project Explorer View. The menu will facilitate creation of Camel XML file - will contain option "New Camel XML File" (analogy to "File --> New --> Camel XML File"). The New Camel Context XML File wizard should have properly set RouteContainer value.
