create wizard for creating a new camel component

wizards/thin wrappers for creating a new component using standard Camel component archetype and the Camel API Component Framework for creating a new component that wraps some API.

May we should provide a quickstart example for a custom camel component and additionally provide cheat sheets on how to solve this task.
