Run as / Debug as Local Camel Context available in editor

We should provide actions to run/debug route / context directly from the editor as it feels a bit strange that you need to invoke it on the project / context file.
We could save the current context to some temporary location and launch / debug it from there. That way the user isn't forced to first save his changes and then select the file / project to launch / debug it.
