support better endpoint URL editing like hawtio does (using a custom form per endpoint type - reusing the @EndpointURI metadata)

if you edit an endpoint in hawtio you get a nice UI for each component based on the type of the endpoint. It uses the Camel endpoint annotations:

e.g. to help complete the available message queues; folders or table names etc.
