fix generation IDs

Sometimes Camel editor generates non unique IDs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a Fuse project (e.g. camel-spring)
2. open camel-context.xml
3. set id to one of the log patterns to log1
4. set breakpoint to the other log pattern - editor set the same id (log1) which cause confusion during debugging

IMHO there should be also check for uniqueness of IDs among all patterns before:

• set breakpoint
• run debugger
  User can manipulate with camel-context.xml source directly and cause that some patterns will have the same ID.
