prefixes for automatically assigned ID fields are ugly

If a breakpoint is set and the node had no id set then a new ID was generated with the prefix debugger_breakpoint_. That prefix is much too long and looks ugly. I would suggest stripping the prefix completely and only assign a name generated by the camel naming strategy. Same applies to the camel context id.
