Add metric to JON plugin to indicate master/slave relationship in ActiveMQ cluster

Use case is to alert if both primary and secondary servers are down (in a state where neither is up or master). As such, the plugin needs a metric added to report the that can be used in a JON alert condition. For example, the data from the MQManager object's "loadBrokerStatus" operation.
