Document changes related to OSGi R8 / Karaf 4.4 / Pax Web 8

      Fuse 7.12 needs to run on JDK17, that's why (see ENTESB-20663) we had to upgrade Karaf 4.2 and Felix 5.6 (OSGi R6) to Karaf 4.4 and Felix 7.0 (OSGi R8).

      In this issue I'm going to collect all the information which should be added both to release notes and also to the (dev) documentation for Fuse 7.12 release.
