Make it possible for AbstractJavaSourceCommand to externalize the code decoration

      This would help make the class more reusable in particular to be able to replace the code decoration logic of its sub-classes. For example, this would allow reusing the Java EE addons logic and customize the generated code to issue Spring version of the code (where it makes sense).
