Recognize buggy CommandExecutionListener

A CommandExecutionListener can introduce unexpected behaviors if it is not working properly. This leads to not being able to execute any other command if a specific listener is buggy.

This can also lead to security vulnerabilities given that a malicious addon may introduce malicious code on command execution.
