Sometimes it happens that the Kafka cluster needs to rebuild a index or something and the startup takes longer then usually. In such case it is often problem that the pod is killed before it finishes the rebuild. We should make sure that in such cases the pod is not killed but can finish the job. Probably by decoupling the readiness and liveness probes?
