Update the Overview guide with details on Cruise Control
Currently, the Overview guides for AMQ Streams on OpenShift and AMQ Streams on RHEL do not include any information about Cruise Control in the text or the diagrams. We should add this in time for the GA release of Cruise Control for cluster rebalancing in AMQ Streams.
