Add support for enabling tracing in Bridge when deployed from Cluster Operator

Once the HTTP Bridge supports tracing, it will be needed to allow users to configure it. Assuming we use Jaeger Java client for this, it is configured using environment variables which configure sampling, metrics collection etc. This should be probably integrated into the KafkaBridge CRD and into the CO.
