A new configuration attribute has been added for listeners:
initialHandshakeTimeoutSeconds
This is the number of seconds after a connection transport is established that the router will give to a connecting client to complete the initial handshake and send the AMQP OPEN frame. If this timeout is exceeded, the connection will be dropped.
The default value is 0 (zero) which means that there will be no timeout applied.
