On a RHEL6 machine (either i686 or x86_64), when using the following packages, we are unable to connect with the Dispatch Router through an IPv6 listener:

• python-qpid-proton-0.24.0-1.el6_10.i686
• qpid-proton-c-devel-0.24.0-1.el6_10.i686
• qpid-proton-c-0.24.0-1.el6_10.i686

When using packages (below) with version 0.23.0-1, the client is working fine:

• python-qpid-proton-0.23.0-1.el6.i686
• qpid-proton-c-0.23.0-1.el6.i686
• qpid-proton-c-devel-0.23.0-1.el6.i686

On RHEL7 x86_64, with qpid-proton clients 0.24.0-1 packages installed, we are not seeing any issue (router configuration and python client are attached).
