[legacy-cpp] Document how to quote addresses containing colons and slashes

ActiveMQ addresses of the form topic://something can be difficult to pass through the AMQP client APIs. Talk about how it can be achieved.

In the case of the qpid::messaging API, additional quotes, single or double, around the node address does this.
