File usr/lib/node_modules/rhea/node_modules/debug is a dangling symlink (to /usr/lib/node_modules/debug) on noarch

This will be resolved if usr/lib/node_modules/rhea/node_modules/debug is moved into the nodejs-debug rpm package out of nodejs-rhea.
