The requirement is that whenever a user performs any of the action in [1], they want the following to be captured in the logs.
1. Date and time of event (UTC formatted time)
2. User ID of person performing the action
3. Type of event (any of the items in the list above)
4. Asset or resource name affected (possibly the config file affected)
5. Type of access (create, delete, modify, etc.): this is the same as 3
6. Success or failure of event
7. Source (terminal, port, location, IP, Hostname, etc.)
