Can't amend resourceTemplates after initial CR creation

      Editing resourceTemplates doesn't trigger an update for respective resources.

      steps to reproduce:

      1) create CR without_template.yaml
      2) wait for everything to spawn
      3) update to without_template.yaml
      4) check service - no label applied
