[AMQ7, Hawtio] - Add new attributes inside the address Attribute tab

Retrieve the following information from the Attributes tab of an address:

• max-delivery-attempts
• redelivery-delay

Workaround:

Go to the Operations tab and invoke the getAddressSettingsAsJSON(java.lang.String) operation on the broker object.
