    Description

At the moment (AMQ 7.11.4 version) when deploying a cluster into Openshift cluster the default value for reconnect attempts (reconnectAttempts) on a cluster connection is set to 10 by the operator. This should be set to -1 (infinity) since in some cases it may take longer than 10 attempts to reconnect. In such cases the remaining node would stop reconnecting after 10th attempt and when the failed node is finally restarted the cluster connection is never reestablished. When AMQ broker is run in standalone mode the cluster reconnect attempts is set to -1 only when AMQ cluster is deployed in OpenShift, the operator sets this value to 10.
