Differentiate auto-deletion of MQTT queues and Durable Subscriber queues

    Description

      Currently, with auto-delete-created-queues=true, both MQTT subscription and AMQP durable subscriber queues are auto deleted. There is no way to auto delete the MQTT queues but retain the durable subscription queues.
