[Container Images, UBI] Investigate impact of Java heap size change in UBI container

The UBI containers are changing the java heap size. The source of information is this article. We might need to update our scripts and modify the container images to adapt to this change. There were issues in the past with previous change, original 50% to 25% of total memory used as java heap, has caused problems for our customers and we need to address potential issues.

This task is to investigate impact of this change to our containers and will probably need to test it as well.
