LargeMessageControllerImpl hangs during message consumption

Periodically, we observe a condition where our CORE protocol client is hung in a wait loop at org.apache.activemq.artemis.core.client.impl.LargeMessageControllerImpl.waitCompletion.

Clients must be restarted to resume consumption.

This appears to be documented upstream by https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-3809

Could we backport the fix for this to the supported branches?
