    Description

      Due to customer OLM and bundle related escalations as well as to address some CVEs, we were forced to release with our container images bundle that breaks the automatic upgrade. It is not possible to upgrade from 7.9.4-opr3 to 7.9.4-opr4. The Workaround is manual reinstall of the operator as the operator can be installed on it's own.

      This issue is hopefully temporary. We will replace the bundle when we are able to figure out what is causing the problem.
