There is a request from user to make separator of Fully Qualified Queue Name configurable.

Currently, we use double colon '::' as separator in FQQN. But in some cases, the user might have to use '::' in the queue/topic namespace as part of the name rather than as a separator in the FQQN. Therefore, we might need to make the separator character configurable, for instance, perhaps we could use double '@' or double '%'.
