Broker operator fails CVP metadata linting

      While the amq-broker-operator-container-0.8-2 built successfully and can be installed and used directly, issues with the manifest related to metadata will prevent it from being used properly with the OCP 4 integrated OpenShift Marketplace and or operatorhub.io and need to be resolved.
