Allow web console configuration from the v2alpha1 CRD

    Description

      With the v2alpha1 broker operator CRD the acceptors each individually have their own ssl configuration. This was previously a blanket configuration that applied to all acceptors as well as the console.

      As a result the web console is currently http only until this follow up issue is resolved.
