Creating two addresses with the same name prints no warning

    Description

      Create topic or queue with name 'abc' in Hawtio. 'abc' is now listed on the left side under 'amq -> Topic' or 'amq -> Queue'. Try to create another topic (or queue) with the same name ('abc'). There is no warning that the name is already in use. Topic / Queue is created and in the list is shown only one of them.
