Update ActiveMQ RAR to take TLS parameters truststore/keystore details and use TLS when they are present

We have a requirement to integrate a web application running on EAP 6.x with A-MQ 6.1. Basically a web application will need to read from a queue running on A-MQ 6.1 Integration between EAP 6.x and A-MQ 6.1 is covered in this documentation

We need a way to configure TLS between EAP and A-MQ so that this communication channel is encrypted.
