Logging Interceptor Does Not Log Message Related Events

The logging interceptor logs message processing related events (see sample below) when configured as follows:

<loggingBrokerPlugin logAll="true" />

However, when configured as follows, it does not log message processing events:

<loggingBrokerPlugin logMessageEvents="true" />

According to the docs, the above configuration should only log message processing events.
