Can not connect to URL listed in the Connectivity Guide

I went to:

https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/JBoss_A-MQ/6.0/html-single/Client_Connectivity_Guide/index.html

and was following the documentation. I followed the instructions in the section "REST Example". I could not, however, connect to the URL listed:

http://localhost:8181/demo

Jetty gave me a 404 error. I checked, and the bundle was installed and started.

The screen capture then has:

http://localhost:8080/activemw-web-demo

I tried that, and variations, but always got a 404 back from Jetty.
