Create an a-mq fabric profile that mirrors the out-of-box config of the a-mq distro

Should create an a-mq profile that inherits from the mq profile (I suppose) but also fixes the port to 61616 and adds the mq-web-console feature. That way you can create a fabric but still have a similar broker running, e.g.:fabric-create -p a-mqthen you can still use extras/mq-client.jar as-is but also have a fabric to then migrate to using fabric discovery and so on...
