[A-MQ 6, network of brokers, durable subscriber, memory usage] memory usage counter not decreasing

When using a durable subscription across a network, the org.apache.activemq.usage.MemoryUsage associated with the topic on the source broker (origin broker in the network of broker context) does not decrease after the messages have been dispatched across the network.
