Remove activemq-rar.txt file from apache-activemq zip in extras

      The file lib/activemq-rar.txt says:| ActiveMQ RAR is no longer included in the distribution.|

       
      Please download it separately from: http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/activemq/activemq-rar/

      The file should be removed, because it might confuse some users, who will download the community resource adapter. The resource adapter is present only in the product version and it is located in lib/optionasl/activemq-rar*.rar.
