Note to be added to Fuse MQ docs on deviation from STOMP spec

It has been pointed out that Fuse MQ has deviated from the STOMP spec. This has been noted recently on the activemq stomp page http://activemq.apache.org/stomp.html - "spec compliance" note . This should also be mentioned in the fusesource docs.
