Hawtio:Runtime: Waited and Blocked time are empty in Threads tab

      1. Open Hawtio and do login
      2. Navigate to Runtime -> Threads
      3. Check the Waited time and Blocked time columns.
      4. Click on some More button in Actions column
      5. Check the Waited time and Blocked Time in the Thread dialog.

      Expected:
      There is some number in Waited Time and Blocked Time columns in Runtime -> Threads page. Also, when you click on More button, you can see these numbers in Thread dialog.

      Actual:
      The Waited time and Blocked Time columns in Runtime -> Threads are empty. When you click on more information about Thread, you just see only ms without any number.
