FIS Docker Image Build failure

Logging a ticket to track our infrastructure issue on the image builds:

Build 89 triggered from dev build run:

docker login -p [*******] -u unused -e unused docker-registry.engineering.redhat.com
unknown shorthand flag: 'e' in -e

Build 88 and 87 from the r branch creation step:

We decided to ignore the errors for now to proceed with the patch as the image has not changed.

Logging so we do not forget to fix it.
