Quickstart ReadMe.md files should describe how to use quickstart-template.json

The quickstart readme files should describe both the fabric8 workflow and the s2i workflow. The s2i workflow should show how to use the provided quickstart-template.json template (either via 'oc new-app' or 'oc process' )
