Decide on image name/version/tag of the techpreview release

    Description

      Assuming we want a Tech Preview release, we need to synchronize the released name with the imge name used by the fabric8-maven-plugin and the image stream name.

      The Tech Preview release should not be jboss-fuse-6/fis-java-openshift:2.0 (or karaf resp.)

      (2.0-tp or fis-java-openshift-techpreview are some of the options perhaps... )
