S2I binary build should accept generic fat-jar

    Description

      S2I java image should support also binary build for far jar provided directly with oc command and not generated by f-m-p.

      In current version the assemble script expects to have filesystem structure "Dockerfile" and "maven" dir that are generate on "fabric8:build" step.

      However you can't provide fat-jar directly with 

      oc start-build my-build --from-file="myAwesomeFat.jar"
