Some FIS dependencies in MRRC EA only

Some of the FIS 2 dependencies exists only in https://maven.repository.redhat.com/earlyaccess/all/ and not in https://maven.repository.redhat.com/ga/

Spotted at least

• org.slf4j:slf4j-api:jar:1.7.21.redhat-2
• org.slf4j:slf4j-parent:pom:1.7.21.redhat-2
• org.slf4j:slf4j-simple:jar:1.7.21.redhat-2
• commons-logging:commons-logging:jar:1.2.0.redhat-2

While this isn't a problem for TP (as it will live in EA anyway), it would eventually may be a problem for GA if these dependencies won't move up to GA repo.
