karaf2-camel-amq, spring-boot-camel-amq default ACTIVEMQ_SERVICE_NAME should be "broker-amq-tcp"

    Description

      Quickstarts which depend on A-MQ currently uses "activemq" service by default. However, the easiest way of deploying A-MQ on OpenShift is via amq62-basic template, which defaults to "broker" as the application name and "broker-amq-tcp" for the openwire service name, not "activemq"

      src/main/fabric8/deployment.yml ACTIVEMQ_SERVICE_NAME
      src/test/resources/amq.json (service name)
