[OSO] FIS templates should have "jboss-fuse" tag

    Description

      The OpenShift console has a hardocoded "Red Hat JBoss Fuse" section in the Catalog that is populated by image streams and templates with "jboss-fuse" tag.

      Currently they only have "quickstart,java,springboot,fis" , so they will appear in the generic "Java" section, not in "Red Hat JBoss Fuse"
