cxf-nmr trasport doesn't support the JAXWS async API

The NMRConduit doesn't support the JAXWS Async API out of box. When using the JAXWS Async API to invoke the CXF service which is exposed on the top of NMR, the invocation is always using the same thread to invoke the service.
